AWESOME PHILIP TREACY HATS

Philip Treacy's work is clearly part of the fashion world, but his 'unlikely' sculptures crosses the boundary into visual art. Born in County Galway, Ireland, Philip Treacy studied fashion design in Dublin before winning a place at the Royal College of Art.

    When you look at these, you really have to wonder how heavy some of these are. Can you imagine having to carry some of it on your head? I feel like I would fall over! But it would all be for the awesomeness. :)

    I am curious as to how some of those stay on... the one that is on the face is a mystery to me unless it is warn like a pirate mask.
